Mr. and Mrs. Roger S. White of the Reva Road are receiving congratulations on the birth of a daughter Regina Schaffer, born Monday, October 18, 196^ at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Glen Pearman of Wytheville and the paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Carter White of Slate Mills.

Mrs. Juliett Greer of Culpeper was an overnight visitor Saturday of Mrs. Latham and accompanied her to Fredericksburg Sunday evening to the home of jthe Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder where Mrs. Greer remained for the week. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Rhodes and son of Fairfax and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Stover of Warrenton were weekend guests of Mr. and-Mrs. Silas Martin. Miss Annie Cooksey of Washington, Va. was a guest from Saturday until Monday of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Mrs. Annie Latham. Saturday callers in the Cooksey home were Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mumford and son Gary of Carrolton, Md. and Monday callers were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer T, Jenkins of Viewtown. Miss Landra Dennis of Richmond was a weekend guest at her home here. Saturday evening Mrs. G. H. Dennis and Landra visited Mrs. Russell Luttrell in Culpeper. Misses Carol Rowzie and Linda Rowzie were the guests from Friday until Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Richardson in Richmond. While there Miss Carol Rowzie, a teacher at Warren County High School, Front Royal, attended the Vir-j ginia Education Association meeting. Mr. and Mrs. J. Richard Latham and son Cliff accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Gilbert and son Mark of Marshall to Harrisonburg Sunday where they visited Mr. and Mrs. George Harrison. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. I. L. Parrish were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Adams of Ruxton, Md. Guests this weekend in the Parrish home will be Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Chandler of Wilmington, Del., Mrs. Eugene Yates of New York and Nantucket, mrs. Ansley Sawyer of Buffalo and Nantucket and Miss Merrill Parrish, a student at The Baldwin School, Bryn Mawr, Pa. They will attend the Montpelier Races in Orange County. Mrs. Edward Schurtz and son Stanley of Springfield were guests from Saturday until Tuesday of her father C. A. Smith while Mr. Schurtz was on a hunting trip. Mrs. W. L. Payne and Mrs. A. C. Latham accompanied by Mrs. Luther Payne and Mrs. Randolph Clater of Washington spent Tuesday at Seven Corners. '
