Area Scouts Elect
’65-66 Officers
The Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America elected its 1965-66 officers at an annual council meeting held in Winchester October 21. President of the Council is Dr. T. C. Powers, Winchester with Judge R, V, Snead, Washington, Va., and Robert A. Sanders, Martinsburg, w, Va., as vice presidents. Judge Snead was also named a council trustee. Judge T. C. Lea, Washington was elected to the Executive Board of the Council.
