Mrs. Luemma Cliffin

Mrs. Luemma Virginia Cliffin died Tuesday, October 26 at her home near Washington, Va. She was the widow of William Cliffin and daughter of the late William and Rachel Yates af Rappahannock County. Surviving are three daugh:ers; Mrs. Rachel Estes of Pittsburgh, Pa., Mrs. Mary McCardell of Washington, D. G and Mrs. Ida Carter of Washington, Va. She is also survived by five grandchildren, :hree great-grandchildren and two g r e a t-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Washington First Baptist Church :onducted by the Rev. R. c. Davi6 of Washington, D. C. Burial was in the church ceme tery. Pallbearers were Thomas and Leroy McCardell, Emmett, Lyle and Oliver Starks and Arthur Wilmer.
