Mrs. W. M. Fletcher and Mrs. W. F. Moffett were visit ors Friday in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Styer arrived Saturday at their home by steamship from Peru and plane from New Orleans. Mrs. J. Lester Burke is expected to arrive home Satinday from a visit since November 6 with her -parents in Boston, Lincholshlre, Eng land. She will be met at Dulles Airport by Mr. Burke, Karl Burke, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Burke and son Richie. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Somer ville of Culpeper were guests Sunday of Mrs. Somerville’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Massie at Meadow Grove Farm were Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr., Mrs W. G. Eastham, and the Misses Lizzie and Marion Eastham. Miss Doris Daugherty spent the w,eek-end at her parents home in Pulaski. This week she is attending a “Tailoring School* at V.P.I. in Blacks burg. Miss Dorothy Taylor Davis was at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Davis, Jr. from Saturday until Wednesday fro the midsemester break from Madt son College.
