At present he is the Educational Lieutenant Governor for Toastm asters District 66 for the State of Virginia. One of Louquet’s first duties as State Crusade Chairman will be to preside at the Crusade Leaders’ Conference [to be held in Richmond on January 27-28, for volunteers fropa throughout the State. At tnis time plans will be presented for conducting the public education and fund-raising phasfes [of the 1966 Cancer Crusade.
