Membership Meeting
of Culpeper Hospital
Culpeper Memorial Hospital s annual membership meeting will be held in the auditorium of the Educational Building of the Culpeper Baptist Church at 8 p.m. on February 4, 1966. Members will receive reports from members of the Board of Directors and the administrator, John D. Phillips, on the operation of the hospital for the year 1965. Directors will be elected at this time. Membership in the Corporation is composed of Charter members, Life members and Annual members. Life members are individuals who have contributed at least $500 to the hospital and Annual members are individuals who paid $3 membership dues for the year. Annual members will have the opportunity to renew their membership for 1966 by paying the annual $3 membership dues at the meeting. All interested persons are invited to the meeting and sncouraged to become members.
