Miss Landra Dennis, a student at R.P.I., Richmond spent the weekend at her home here. She will arrive home this weekend to spend a week between semesters with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. «G. H. Dennis and grandfather, L. H. Luttrell.
Miss Jacqueline Marlow of Washington, D. C. was a weekend visitor of Mr. and Mrs. Stanish Riley. Mrs. G. H. Dennis and L. H. Luttrell were Monday visitors of Mrs. Russell Luttrell in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Billy were visitors Sunday evening of Mrs. A. C. Latham and her houseguest Mrs. W. R. Bowen. Amissville Ladies Auxiliary served the Amissville Ruritan Club at their dinner meeting last Wednesday. Mrs. C. C. Cockerill, Mrs. John D. Peck and Mrs. Herman Kephart, all of Herndor were afternoon visitors Friday of Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan.
