Captured Pilots Rep. JohnO. Marsh, Jr., said here Saturday night that, “any measures inconsistent with international law which may be taken by the North Vietnamese against our captured pilots, or other military personnel, can be expected to produce a national reaction in the United States which will demand stern measures by our policy leaders in Washington*. “The concern now being expressed in the Nation’s Capital by the President and by members of Congress merely reflects national sentiment, and North Vietnam should take a most careful reading of the temper of the American people before undertaking to brand our men as war criminals,* Marsh said.
