Estes and Mrs. Viola Brown. Mrs. Viola Brown of Fredericksburg was in town ov£r the weekend dividing her time with Mr. and Mrs. LeeSwlnd’ \ ler and Mrs. Monia Dodson. Mrs. J. W. Coates, daughters Cassie and Susan, and Mrs. H. H. Aylor were Wednesday and Thursday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Tommie Cozzo in Arlington. Rannie and Buddy Aylor spent the weekend in Atlantic City. Mrs. Harry Smith who has been visiting her son-in-law and family in Falls Church returned home on Thursday accompanied by them and visited Mr. “Kitty" Brown at his home. J. Rodes Brown 3rd, spent some time with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Sr. while his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Jr., Susan and Margaret were on a trip to St. Louis, Mo. for a reunion with Mr. Brown's Bomber Squadron with the members of his group during World War II. David Lyne was a weekend (guest of Waugh Crigler in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bruce of Overhills, N. C. were guests on Wednesday of Mrs. Nina B. Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown. On Sunday they enjoyed ai family picnic at the cottage of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bruce on the Shenandoah. Charles Bruce of Washington was also a guest. Miss Annie Hopkins and Miss Mabel Hopkins, and Oakley Hopkins of Washington, D. C. are spending their vacation at their cottage. Mr. Walter Sirvault of Philadelphia, Pa. and Roy Coates of Morristown, N. J., are guests this week at the Lee Highway Hotel. Miss Anne Yates has returned to Arlington after a two weeks' visit with her grandmother, Mrs. Della B. Howard.
