OBITUARIES
I Mr*. Florence Htniu ' * Mrs. Florence Heastan died at Sunset Haven Nursing Home near Culpeper on July 25, 1966. Before entering the home, she had resided with her brother, the late Francis J. Leonard and Mrs. Leonard at Amlssville. she was the widow of R. B. Heastan and they had lived for 38 years in Alaska. A Mass was said at St. John’s Catholic Church in Was renton, Wednesday morning and interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Washington, D. C.
Mbs Lillie Johnson
Miss Lillie M. Johnson, 70, of Woodville, died Friday, July 22, 1966 -at die University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
She was a native of Rappahannock County, daughter of the late James Harvey Johnson and Mary Ella Carder Johnson. Miss Johnson was a retired school teacher, having taught 46 years in the Rappahannock County Schools. Surviving are two sisters; Miss Nellie J. Johnson and Mrs. C. B. Johnson of Woodville; one brother; William H. Johnson, Culpeper and a nephew Dr. James H. Johnson of Lakeland, Florida. A funeral service was held at the Woodville Baptist Church Sunday at 4 p.m., the Rev. George Williamson, officiating. Interment was in Woodville Cemetery. Pallbearers wereH. B. Wood, Jr., W. B. Johnson, Willie Dulaney, Maurice O’Bannon, James Falls, Walter Sill.
