Madison, 3-24-tf Public Hearing on Proposed Utility Tax Ordinance At a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, held on July 1, 1966, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., members present were: J. N. Miller, H. B. Wood, Herbert A. Foster, L. H. Luttrell, A. H. Buckner. Jr., and E. M. Estes. Upon motion of H. B. Wood, seconded by A. H. Buckner, Jr.! and passed by unanimous vote, a Utility Tax Ordinance for Rappahannock County, Virginia, was proposed for adoption by the Board of Supervisors at its next regular meeting to be held on Friday. August 5, 1966, at 10:0C o’clock A.M. in the Court House, VVashington, Virginia, at which time a public hearing will be held and the Board will hear all persons for and against the adoption of the said Utility Tax Ordinance.
The Clerk shall give a required notice of the time and place of hearing at least once a week for two weeks, as provided in Sec: 15.1-431 of the 197C Code of Virginia, as amended. The Clerk of the Board is directed to have a copy of the above mentioned Proposed Utility Tax Ordinance for Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of said County for j examination by the public, to ! which reference is hereby made.
