My West Coast Trip

When we left Bend, Oregon Sunday morning the weather was cold and we could see snow on the mountains. We headed from Crater Lake and as we drove along there was snow on the side of the road. We stopped and played in it and cook pictures of the snow. Stopping at several lookout points, we saw the deep blue lake and also saw many birds and thousands of chipmunks. The chipmunks were so friend ly they would come to us for food. Entering California, we were greeted with a WELCOME sign and also an inspection station to make sure we did not bring any Virginia bugs to California
