Ann Holmes Leads in Amissville Contest

Four candidates are working for the title of Amissville Carnival Queen in connection with the annual four-night carnival which will be held next week. The queen will receive her crown at festivities scheduled for Friday evening. Candidates and their standing are: Ann Holmes, 1294; Aletta Beebe, 536; Sharon Suter, 500; and Virginia Bailey, 500. The candidates solicit votes atone cent each and anyone may cast as many votes as they wish.
