We feel, says C. J. Ireland, chairman of ISC, “that we have been losing our rights by default. There are strong arguments in favor of continue ing to classify foxes and wolves as game animals, but these arguments have really not been heard, as they will be through the International Sportsmen’s Committee. Fox and wolf hunters now have a means of stating their views to national and state legislatures and to the various regulatory agencies.” In addition to those which involve legislation, ISC will deal with other major problems of fox and wolf hunters. Mr. Ireland cited dog theft as a typical example. He said
