tne central halcons . in this absolutely fantastic game, the Panthers came through with a score of 69-68. Bobby Settle, Captain, was high scorer with a total of 31 points and with only four seconds left to play, Wayne Deal scored the final two points bringing Rappahannock over the top. The excitement and shrills that filled the school gym were indescribable as students and friends mobbed the well-deserving Panthers. The Panthers will meet the Warren Wildcats this Friday night on the home court and everyone is confident that the Panthers will have another victory to their credit. The seniors have all their plans underway for the annual Christmas Dance to be held this Saturday night in the school gym. The dance will begin |t 8 p.m. and admission will be 50(1 per person! Music will be provided by the Prince tons and refreshments will be served. The dance will conclude at 11 p.m. Attention students!! This dance is sponsored by the seniors for you, so come and join in the fun. The attention of the SCA is focused on the White Christmas Program, which will officially begin this Friday.
