Mrs. David Hoadley of Arlington was an overnight guest; Friday of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan. Miss Helen James of Charlottesville is spending this week with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Norvel James. Mrs. A. C. Latham accompanied Mrs. Harold Carder! of Culpeper to Charlottesville on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne were visitors Monday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Giles in Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Poling have been making frequent visits to see Mr. Poling's mother, Mrs. P. A. Poling who is a surgical patient in the Alexandria Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Green and children spent Stinday in McLean visiting Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller, Jr. and Mrs. C. M. M. Green who has been a patient in an Arlington hospital. Mrs. Green returned Monday to Manassas Manor Nursing Home. Mr. and Mrs. James Ellmore of Falls Church and Joe Ellmore of San Jose, Calif, were guests for the day of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Ellmore, J a mes! Ellmore,' who sustained a! serious injury in the summer, is making steady recovery. '■
