In State Decline

A continuing decline in the^ percentage of students who dropped out of public higlv schools in Virginia was report1 ed today by the State Department of Education. During 1966-67, the Department said, 18,577 of the 394„ 203 students enrolled in grades eight through 12 dropped out of high schools in the State and did not enter another school.'
