All-Star, is attending the Inter-State All Star Conference in Richmond this weekend. Virginia will be the host to approximately 200 All Stars from seven states. 'Hie outstanding program will emphasize Virginia history. Highlights of the meeting will be trips to Jamestown and Williamsburg, a tour of the capitol and a colonial ball on Saturday evening. We’re real pleased that Rappahannock will be represented at this outstanding 4-H event.
