Catherine Abrams of Robert Moses State Park, Babylon, New York and Miss Sandra Alper of Babylon, New York. Their long gowns were of maize linen with insets of gold velvet ribbon and white lace cap sleeves. Their headpieces were gold bows with maize veiling and they carried matching cascade bouquets.

Leon Pawloski of SayviUe, New York was best man for his brother and ushers were Richard van Brederode of Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Robert van Brederode of Ithaca, New York, brothers of the bride; and Daniel Bittner of Elmont, New York. Mrs. van Brederode chose an ensemble of gold rayon with matching lace coat and feather hat. Her accessories were lime green and her flowers an orchid corsage.

The bridegroom’s mother wore an apricot peau de soie dress with beaded chiffon full length sleeves and matching sleeveless mandarin coat. She had a flower headpiece, gold accessories and orchid corsage.

Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held at Blue Rock Farm.

After a wedding trip to Mexico City and Acapulco, Mr. and Mrs. Pawloski will reside in Islip, New York.
