The undersigned residents of Rappahannock County, Virginia, being of the opinion that the present zoning ordinance prohibiting the use of mobile homes except in trailer parks is unconstitutional as an unreasonable exercise of police power and that this restriction has no „ reasonable relationship to |he general welfare of the County and represents an unwarranted invasion of the rights of landowners to use their property for a legitimate purpose, hereby certify that they are opposed to the zoning ordinance and petition for its repeal.
