Four seniors of Rappahannock County High School have been recognized for academic achievement. They are Beth O’Bannon, Carter Moffett, Janet Hackley and Wayne Deal, in that order.
Beth O’Bannon is from Woodville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Maurice O’Bannon. She is the president of the Rappahannock Chapter National Honor Society and co-vice president of the local chapter of Future Homemakers of America of which she has been a member for three years. Beth was elected Sweetheart Queen this year and also received the Betty Crocker Homemaker Award. She was
