Lyne was in Richmond last week to visit his sisier Mrs. John Dennis who had surgery at Stuart Circle Hospital. Weekend guests of the Lynes at Intervale were their son David Lyne, Stu Sivy and Jim Massolmi of the Norfolk Naval Base. Mrs. W. H. Lyne visited Mrs. H. 0. Lyne on Saturday in the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper.
Mrs. Perle Coffey was a supper guest on Sunday night of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Atkins.
Mrs. J. R. Shade of Falls Church spent last week in the home of Mrs. Sam Dwyer to be with her mother, Mrs. D. M. Dwyer who has been indisposed for a few weeks. Other guests during the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Keyser and family of Winchester, Mr. and Mrs. Maywood Cornell of Luray, Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Woodward of Warrenton and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Atkins and daughter Pat.
Mrs. Robert W. Brown spent the weekend in Springfield with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Butler and on Sunday they toured Wheeling, W.Va.
Mrs. Nell Brown remains a patient in Winchester Memorial Hospital and is visited daily by her family.
Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sanford of Orange were guests on Sunday of Mrs. Mary M. Quaintance and visited Miss Belle Strother in the Lynn Care Center, Front Royal.
C. E. Dodson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson left on Monday from National Airport for a training period at Fort Bragg, N.C.
