Working together, the agencies avoid duplication of effort and provide the technical assistance for all sorts of rural development FHA provides credit to implement feasible programs, Extension provides education, SCS provides technical help on the land; ASCS administers farm programs; FS advises in woodland management, and Employment Service assists in job placement Other agencies and groups provide services in their own specialized fields and programs TAP members want to provide additional information about their organization to individual! or groups in Rappahannock [County.
