The Woodville Home Demonstration Club met on Tuesday evening with Mrs. Amos Butler. The subject for discussion was Low Calorie Meals.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Payne, the Misses Janet and Jean Payne and Mrs. H. B. Wood attended the Mary Washington College Horse Show in Fredericksburg on Sunday. Mrs. Wood’s niece Carroll Lee Quaintance was one of the riders.
On Monday Mrs. Virginia Jenkins entered Culpeper Memorial Hospital for tests and observation.
Mrs. Raymond Johnson spent several days last week in Hampton as a guest of her sister, Mrs. B. J. Ingram. W. B. Johnson accompanied his sister-in-law on the trip and visited his son Bryan Johnson and family in Norfolk.
Charles Winfrey of Shippenburg, Pa. visited his aunt, Mrs. H. B. Winfrey on Saturday.
Mrs. Amos Butler spent Tuesday night with Mr. and Mrs. Edward Butler and family in Bristow. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and family of McLean were Mrs. Butler’s dinner guests.
Maurice O’Bannon and Allen Stokes attended a Charolais Cattle Show in Greenville, S. C. from Thursday until Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. James H. Falls spent Sunday in Warrenton with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Layton Falls.
Miss Misty Lynne Hitt visited Chris Trout in Culpeper on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. James M. Bullion of Silver Spring, Md. were supper guests of his mother, Mrs. Marcia Bullion on Friday when they were enroute to visit friends in New Market.
Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Burke had as dinner guests on Sunday Mrs. Jonas Alther, Jr. and Miss Janet Alther of Washington.
