The object of this suit is to partition title to certain land Toliver Bennett died seized and possessed of, located in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing ten (10) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed, the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite his name listed below: Reid B. Bennett Address Unknown, and returns having been made by the Sheriff of Arlington County that the subpoena in Chancery with a copy of the Bill of Complaint in this suit attached for service on the said Reid B. Bennett whose last known address was (J30 North Stafford Street, Arlington, VirginHi, with the words on said subpoena so returned by said Sheriff, to-wit: “not found in my bailiwick”.
It is ordered that the said nonresident defendant, Reid B. Bennett do appear wiithin ten days
