SECTION 4. PENALTIES: Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) and confinement in the County jail not to exceed Thirty days (80), either or both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 5. If any Section or part of this Ordinance should, for any reason, be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision sha|l not effect the remainder of the Ordinance, and each and every remaining Section or part thereof shall continue in full force and effect.
The foregoing Proposed Ordinance was duly passed at the Regular Meeting of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors held on April 8, 1970. The Clerk was directed to advertise Pliblic Hearing on the above Ordinance which is proposed for passage at the Regular Meeting to be held on May 1, 1970.
