TEN YEARS AGO, in February, 1961, the very first ceremonial reception presided over by the nation’s First Lady was one for Debbie and Donna Horst of Chester, Penna., identical twins whose lives were saved by identical heart operations. Starting their second tour of duty as America’s Heart Fund twins, they are shown against a photomural from the White House ceremony. At 16, they’re still ardent Heart Fund boosters.
