A funeral service for Mrs Florence Gertrude Kinsey ol Front Royal was held Wednesdaj at the Maddox Funeral Home ir "Front Royal at 1:30 p.m. The Rev Jerry Young conducted the ser vice. Interment was in Prospecl Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Kinsey, 70, died February 14, 1971 in Warren Memorial Hospital. She was the widow ol Lester Kinsey, a native ol Virginia, the daughter of the lata Henry Samuel Blackwell anc Lucy Barron Blackwell. Surviving are two brothers John Henry Blackwell of Seal Pleasant, Md., and William Joseph Blackwell of West Chester Pa.; four sisters, Mrs. Annk Putnam of Arlington, Mrs. Dandj Mills of Rixeyville, Mrs. Mabel Estes of Castleton and Mrs. Celia Settle of Culpeper.
Mrs. Kinsey operated the Kinsey Cross Road Grocery on the John Marshall Highway, Fronl Royal, since the death of hei husband 14 years ago.
