That certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, in what is known as “Rappahannock Park”, and described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, in what is known as “Rappahannock Park”, containing four (4) acres, mme or less, and being the eastern portion-of the tract of nine acres conveyed the grantors herein by deed from Wayne L. Hayes, et ux, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, said tract lying on the east side of the old right of way road across the upper part of White Oak Run.
The tract or parcel of land herein described is the same land which was conveyed to Thomas C. Davis and Margie E. Davis, by deed from Wayne L. Hayes, et ux, dated May 16, 1969, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 94, page 641. TERMS OF SALE: CASH—10% deposit required on day of sale.
