Silver Wedding
Celebrated
Mr. and Mrs. John Silvey Jr. of Amissville were honored with a party Saturday night in celebration of their silver wedding anniversary. The party, held at the Amissville fire hall, was given by their children Miss Joyce Silvey, Mrs. Linda Jolliffe and Douglas Silvey. Mr. and Mrs. Silvey were married March 13, 1946 at the Methodist parsonage in Flint Hill with the Rev. L. C. Vaughan officiating.
