This contest is open to girls, and boys of ages 6-10 and the prize for the winner in each groyp will be a $25 Savings Bond. Judges for the contest will be Mrs. Mary Quaintance of Sperryville, Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Flint Hill and Mrs. Grace Peters of RixeyviUe. The barbecued beef will be served by the Ruritans and will be accompanied by vegetables, bread,drinks and dessert. The beef is cooked in a pit over night then taken out in time lo slice and serve.
