Charles Scroggins of Washington nestled his blue Oldsmobile snugly in a honeysuckle-lined ditch on Fodderstack Road last week. It looks as though the space was made to order. According to Trooper W. A. Bun tin, Scroggins said the sun blinded him and he ran off the road, into, the ditch.
