AT THE AGE of 83, Mrs. Minnie Mitchell is a freshman at the Mountain Empire Community College in Wise County. This active, enthusiastic senior citizen is an inspiration to her fellow 18-year-old classmates; in fact, an inspiration to all who know her, and her family is extremely proud of her.
One of her daughters, Mrs. Helen Kilby of Sperryville, reports that her mother has completed the first semester at the college and is now enrolled and has begun the second one. Many people in the Sperryville area are_ acquainted with Mrs. Mitchell through her frequent visits with the Kilby family.
