Chairman Newbill Miller said he thought Dr. LeGard’s suggestion was “satisfactory,” but Supervisor J. R. Latham protested that “we’re not familiar enough” with the situation to make a decision.
COMMONWEALTH’S Attorney George Davis was inclined to agree with Miller. “We have a good subdivision and zoning ordinance, but the biggest problem is enforcement and administering, especially septic tank and water requirements. . .We will let a lot of the effectiveness of our ordinances pass us
