A service was held Saturday by the Odd Fellows at Maddox Funeral Home. A funeral service was held Sunday at Calvary Episcopal Church conducted by the Rev. William C. Bartlett. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Active pallbearers were Claude Ball, Dallas Wallace, Frank Wines, W. LeRoy Corron, Dr. F. D. Whitworth, Scott Reid, Billy Biggs and Aubrey Henry.
Mr. Silek is survived by his wife Rose Kannon Silek; one son Frank I. Silek,
both of Front Royal; three brothers, Joseph F. and Abe Silek of Front Royal, and Sam Silek of St. Louis, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Kannon, Franklinton, N. C., Mrs. Sadie Dawahare, Hagard, Ky., Miss Thelma Silek of Bedford, Pa., and Mrs. Mary Macoule, of Detroit, Mich. □
