GARDEN CLUB
Rappahannock County Garden Club will meet Wednesday, June 20, at the home of Mrs. Charles J. - Albright near Washington. The program which begins at 2 p.m. will be directed by Mrs. Albright and the topic is Organic Gardening. Comfortable shoes are suggested for walking in the garden.
To reach the Albright residence turn on Route 622 from 211 at the Covington River Bridge west of Washington. Continue two miles and turn left on Route 614, then two miles more you will find the Albright mailbox on the right.
SINGING PROGRAM
The Wright Family Singers of Richmond will give a performance June 24 at 4 p.n... in the Hopewell Baptist Church, Sperryville. The program is sponsored by the Pastors Aid Club with Mrs. Rachael Aylor as its president.
Rescue Notes
Catching up on the Amissville Rescue runs we find that May 23 this unit responded to take Mrs. Evelyn Harrison to Fauquier Hospital. The following day Pat Grigsby was taken from Castleton to the Fauquier Hospital. On June 8 Jane Weaver’s child was taken to the same facility by this unit.
