Thomas V. Williams, Jr. was among 2,800 students receiving sdegrees during commencement Saturday, June 9, at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg. Williams was awarded a B. S. degree in horticulture. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. T. V. Williams of Flint Hill and was graduated from Rappahannock County High School in 1969.
