hunt deer with primitive weapons (muzzle-loading guns) during the last six hunting days of the bow and arrow season on the following Commission-owned lands west of the Blue Ridge Mountains: Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area, Gathright Wildlife Managment Area and Goshen-Little North Mountain Wildlife Management Area.
(b) The hag limit for hunting deer with a muzzle-loading gun shall be one buck a license year.
(c) A muzzle-loading gun for the purpose of this regulation means a single shot muzzle-loading weapon with a minimum of forty-five caliber, powered with at least fifty grains of black powder, firing a single projectile.
