CHAPTER 22. Permits

R22-3. Holders of permits issued wider Code of Virginia S 29-112 to breed and rear wild game animals in captivity and to sell and ship them alive for propagation or stocking shall keep a record showing the number of each species on hand, the number acquired and the number sold. R22-8. A holder of a permit to stuff or mount birds and animals shall keep a complete record of ■ all transadons. All record of a permit holder and the premises where such business is conducted shall be open to inspection by representatives of the Commission at all times. R22-9. The holder of a permit provided for by Code of Virginia SS 29-106 and 29-136 to breed pheasants in captivity and to sell and ship the same alive for breeding, or to kill, sell and ship the same for use as food shall keep a record of the number raised or acquired, number sold and the number on hand.

CHAPTER 23. Fishing Generally

R23-6. It shall be unlawful to import or cause to be imported or to liberate within the State any of the following fishes: Piranha (any of genus Serrasalmus), walking catfish (any of genus Clarias), cichlid perch (Cichalasoma cyanoguttata) or grass carp (any of genus Ctenopharyngodon) unless a permit therefore is first obtained from the Commission.
