CHAPTER 13. Otter
R13-2. It sKall be unlawful to buy, sell, barter, exchange, traffic or trade in, bargain for, solicit for, purchase or transport out of the State, any other pelts until the pelts have been sealed by an agent of the Commission.
CHAPTER 13.1. Pheasant
R13.1-1. Except as otherwise specifically provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt pheasant from the second Monday in November and for five consecutive hunting days following.
R13.1-1.1. It shall be unlawful to hunt pheasant at any time in the Gathright Wildlife Management Area.
CHAPTER 16. Raccoon.
R16-11. Except as otherwise provided by local legislation, it shall be lawful to trap raccoon from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive. " R16-12. The bag limit for trapping raccoon shall be three per license year in the counties of Bedford, Bland, Botetourt, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Henry, Lee, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke, Russell, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise and Wythe.
