Noce said he surmised that “there’s an awful lot of low grade politics involved in this thing, and there are real estate men with their mouths drooling. We don’t need any kind of a big project. It’s in a flood plain. I think this is a tragedy,” he concluded.
Dice concurred. “You’re right, you’re absolutely right. We’ve got to cut through the rules and,regulations. Again, I say our study is a statement of need. We don’t know what the solutionis. Perhaps it’s in the form of a community septic tank. It’s going to have to be out of the ordinary. How that works will be up to you.”
