RAPPAHANNOCK'S Supervisors adopted new zoning and subdivision ordinances with the specifically stated intention of having further public discussions after there had been some public experience with the regulations.
One of these meetings is scheduled for next Wednesday night at the Court House, pointing toward what_ might be a formal meeting for consideration of revisions in April, or thereabouts.
At the December meeting of the Board (on the 6th), the Supervisors discussed with F.M. Baumgardner of the zoning office some questions that have already come up about the ordinances. Some of the questions had been channelled through Baumgardner, and came mostly from builders and real estate people; some other questions came from the Supervisors themselves.
ONE QUESTION Baum - * gardner had was whether county administrators are allowed to make exceptions on five-lot or smaller subdivisions.
