A field trip to Williamsburg for the seventh grades of the elementary school was not approved for the date in January requested. With reluctance, the Board withheld approval but agreed to reconsider the trip later in the season. A 10% reduction in travel has been advocated by the state and the school system has been cut to 85% of its gas total. □
