Miss Mary Brooke Massie arrived from St. Anne’s School in Charlottesville. Michael Massie ,is expected Thursday from Episcopal High School and Wade Wallihan Massie this weekend from the University of' Virginia. All will spend the holidays at their home in Hamden Hall. Expected guests Christmas Day of Mr. and Mrs. W. F.< Moffett, Jr. are the Rev. and Mrs. C. E. Buxton and son Edward of Springfield, Lt. (j.g.) and Mrs. Craig Welling of Charleston, S.C., Lt. Page Moffett of Arlington and Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett, III of Richmond.
Mrs. John Deal of Chantilly was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Hawkins. Mrs. Hawkins has been making visits to her father J. W. Bennett who is ill in Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Sutphin spent from Friday until Sunday in Valley Forge, Pa. where Mr. Sutphin transacted business.
Dinner guests Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke were Mr. and Mrs. John Moore III and daughter Donnell of Front Royal.□
