Baumgardner said he regarded two-acre lots as being restricted to a single subdivision of large farm lots—the so-called “family subdivision”—and that elsewhere, lots as small as two acres were allowable only where central water and sewer systems were provided. . As questions of various points continued, Supervisor Pete Luke suggested holding a “workshop” with Rappahannock real estate people, “to iron out these interpretations.”
