MUCH OF the business confronting the Rappahannock County School Board, and decisions made at the December meeting last Tuesday, hinged on the energy crisis. Among the problems were the use of school facilities for youth group activities, a field trip to Williamsburg, and use of basketball courts by local civic groups.
The agenda was headed by a request from a group of local citizens and teachers who were projecting a plan for organized youth group activities; a short term plan to lead into long term goals eventually.
