Mrs. Craig Welling of Charleston, S.C. arrived Friday to spend two weeks with her parents Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Moffett on Gay Street. Mrs. Welling will spend this week as the guest of her grandparents the Rev. and Mrs. C. E. Buxton in Springfield and will visit Mr. and Mrs. David G. Welling in Rockville, Md. Miss Karen Johnson of Springfield, Lt. (j.g.) Dave Peterson and Lt. Page Moffett, both of Annandale, were weekend guests of the Moffetts and attended the races.
Mrs. B. M. Miller entertained the Washington Bridge Club and guests at her home Thursday evening.
