He has hardly ever allowed anyone to see what is really beneath the tough exterior he projects, but he is always sharing his home with a cat and dog which he has rescued or found homeless.
Mr. Ellmore is married to the former Annie Pullen of Washington and they reside in their trailer home on Route 211.
