RAPPAHANNOCK’S amended zoning and subdivision ordinances are being forwarded from the Planning Commission to the Supervisors this week for a final review.
The Planning Commission held a work session on the two documents Tuesday night, getting straight among themselves what changes had been made.
A few sections need additional consideration, but the Planners decided that most of both ordinances could be retyped, incorporating the changes, so that the Supervisors could begin to study it.
Commonwealth’s Attorney George Davis noted that he wanted to study several points a bit more, but said he would make his recommendations directly to the Supervisors.
