“Now that the Appropriations Committee has begun its hearings on the budget, my mail relating to appropriations is picking up, and I have to state that a substantial majority of the letter complain about the stinginess of the budget, and urge me to yote for substantially higher amounts for particular programs, such as in education and public health,” Robinson said.
